Something More Than Material Possessions
“知恵の初めに、知恵を得よ。あなたのすべての財産をかけて、悟りを得よ。”(箴言 4:7)
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting, get understanding (Proverbs 4:7).
Triumphant In Him
“しかし、神に感謝します。神はいつでも、私たちを導いてキリストによる勝利の行列に加え、至る所で私たちを通して、キリストを知る知識のかおりを放ってくださいます”(Ⅱコリント 2:14)
And I got it, thank God! In the Messiah, in Christ, God leads us from place to place in one perpetual victory parade…” (2 Corinthians 2:14 MSG).
Life Has Come!
“私が神の御子の名を信じているあなたがたに対してこれらのことを書いたのは、あなたがたが永遠のいのちを持っていることを、あなたがたによくわからせるためです。”(Ⅰヨハネ 5:13)
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life… (1 John 5:13).
Faith To Please Him
“信仰がなくては、神に喜ばれることはできません。神に近づく者は、神がおられることと、神を求める者には報いてくださる方であることとを、信じなければならないのです。”(ヘブル 11:6)
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6).
Salvation For All Men!
“ 神は、実に、そのひとり子をお与えになったほどに、世を愛された。それは御子を信じる者が、ひとりとして滅びることなく、永遠のいのちを持つためである。”(ヨハネ 3:16)
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).
