The Branches And The Vine Are One
“わたしはぶどうの木で、あなたがたは枝です。人がわたしにとどまり、わたしもその人の中にとどまっているなら、そういう人は多くの実を結びます。わたしを離れては、あなたがたは何もすることができないからです。” (ヨハネ 15:5)
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing (John 15:5).
It’s Thanksgiving
“彼らの中から、感謝と、喜び笑う声がわき出る。わたしは人をふやして減らさず、彼らを尊くして、軽んじられないようにする。”(エレミヤ 30:19)
And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small (Jeremiah 30:19).
The Word Is All-Powerful!
“あなたがたが新しく生まれたのは、朽ちる種からではなく、朽ちない種からであり、生ける、いつまでも変わることのない、神のことばによるのです。”(Ⅰペテロ 1:23)
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever (1 Peter 1:23).
Final Separation From The World
“それとも、あなたがたは知らないのですか。キリスト・イエスにつくバプテスマを受けた私たちはみな、その死にあずかるバプテスマを受けたのではありませんか。私たちは、キリストの死にあずかるバプテスマによって、キリストとともに葬られたのです。それは、キリストが御父の栄光によって死者の中からよみがえられたように、私たちも、いのちにあって新しい歩みをするためです。”(ローマ 6:3-4)
The Holy Spirit And Fire
“私は、あなたがたが悔い改めるために、水のバプテスマを授けていますが、私のあとから来られる方は、私よりもさらに力のある方です。私はその方のはきものを脱がせてあげる値うちもありません。その方は、あなたがたに聖霊と火とのバプテスマをお授けになります。” (マタイ 3:11)
I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire (Matthew 3:11).
